Ideally located in the very heart of Angers, L'Appart' Saint-Aubin combines the architecture of an old Anjou mansion to a modern and contemporary furnishing. Its very central position, 10mn walk to the TGV railway station and 30mn drive to the local airport, gives to L'Appart' Saint-Aubin a perfect location for your holidays.

 

Angers, capital city of Anjou, and its area boasts dozens of historical monuments, typical villages, gourmet restaurants, scores of galleries, museums, festivals and markets.

 

The appartment can sleep up to 3 people (a couple and a child). All linen and towels are supplied. Bedding is 1 x King size bed and 1 sofa bed (cot available on request). The modern kitchen is fully equiped including a dishwasher. The rest of the equipment includes:

 

- LCD TV and DVD player

- WiFi internet access and fax machine

- Washing machine and dryer

- Iron and board
